5-feet tubular structure made of SAE 1008/1010 steel – BFDQ – 25 x 25 x 1.50 mm, welded with a SAE 1010 steel flange – BFDQ, with pre-painting degreasing, scouring and phosphatization treatment, painted with epoxy powder paint, enclosed by a copolymer polypropylene cover, with a diameter of 650 mm. Column made of SAE 1008/1010 tubular steel – BFDQ – 50.80 x 1.50 mm, assembled with a gas piston, with lower and upper 1º26 tapering and millimetric adjustment course of 100 mm, guiding sleeve for the swivel system and 100 mm height adjustment made of polyoxymethylene, which material is highly resistant to wear and with its own lubrication, making it easier to adjust the height and to swivel, with a H7 (0.02mm) adjustment. Telescopic cover providing effective protection to the piston and the column, in addition to giving the set a better appearance. Back system platform allows for the regulation of the tilt of the backrest support, with millimetric adjustment down to a 25° angle. It has a column height adjustment activation lever and works with a mechanism backrest support. The backrest support is made of an 18 x 43 x 1,50mm SAE 1010/1020 oval profiled steel tube, phosphatized and painted with epoxy powder paint. It allows for a 63 mm vertical regulation of the backrest in relation to the seat.
